Temperature
Well the first bit of Lucy weather is easy. The temperature inside is 20.3  and the temperature outside is: 7.1. See the little graphics below.  I will usually try to be wherever the temperature is warmest.

Temperature in the office, not far from the comfortable chair shown below
Record of the temperature outside over the previous 24 hours or so - this gives me an idea about whether the ground will be warm (if it's previously been warmer)
Current temperature in the back garden, over the grass just beyond the patio.

Who me?  Out there?  You must be mad!

The time now is  21:57  Sunrise today is at  7:01  which is a good time for birding if the weather is OK. Sunset today is at  17:26  which is a good time for mousing outside if the weather is good.

Rain
But of course it's not just the temperature and time that determines whether it's worth going outside. I don't like it when it rains - and it's not particularly nice to have soggy grass underfoot when you're hunting so knowing about recent rain is helpful:

This is how much rain we've had since midnight last night
This is what to do when it's raining outside
And this shows when (if) it has rained in the previous 24 hours or so - if there are blue spikes below stay inside!

Sun and Wind
And there are other important weather factors which help me decide whether to go out: if it's sunny it feels warmer and there's probably better hunting as well. On the other hand if there is a lot of wind that adds noise and movement and makes hunting more difficult and makes it feel cooler.

Current solar radiation (if it's zero that's probably because it's night time!).
The average wind speed over the last 10 minutes or so - the lower the better
What to do on a cold and windy day.
And this is the wind chill temperature - what it feels like when you allow for the temperature and the wind.
There is an index that takes into account the Temperature, Humidity, Sunshine and Wind - a THSW index and the high of the THSW index since midnight is 12.8 which occurred at 15:08;   and to give you an idea the highest THSW so far this year is  12.8;

The temperature of the water in the pond is currently  7.8;  so I'll probably leave that to the fish - you can see their weather page here.
